Privacy statement

Joshua's Fault will not release your personal data, gathered through the wine ordering process, to anyone without your consent.  Wine selection and delivery details are recorded for processing purposes only.  Credit card details are not retained by Joshua's Fault.   We make no effort to identify public visitors to this site, and personal information is not compiled in site usage statistics.

Delivery policy

Joshua's Fault Wines currently uses Australia Post Wine Delivery Service for delivery throughout Australia. Your wine will be delivered to your home or business within normal business hours or available for pick up at your local Post Office in the event that a delivery cannot be accepted. Please note that deliveries to rural areas will be left at your local Post Office.

Returns and refund policy

Please contact us immediately if there has been any damage or breakage to your order. You can return the whole case for a refund or replacement. Joshua's Fault Wines will refund the cost of return freight. All wines must be returned in their original packaging.
